Food for Thought

According to Kotler,“You may view today’s giant fast-food chains as offering tasty and convenient food at reasonable prices. Yet many consumer nutritionists and environmental groups have voiced strong concerns.” (Kotler, p.12)

He continues to say, “Such unhealthy fare, the critics claim, is leading consumers to eat too much of the wrong foods, conributing to a national obesity epidemic. What’s more, the products are wrapped in convenient packaging but this leads to waste and pollution.” (Kotler, p.12)

My Cook book is filled with nutritional foods that are sure to leave every dish empty without the worry of what you will look or feel like 2 days later. Today’s life styles are very high-paced; many people do not have time to create foods that are healthy. “High-fat, high-sugar foods are widely available, taste good and cost less than healthier foods.” (Murray,
http://www.apa.org/) But are not always a healthy alternative when you’re crunched for time. “Quick and Easy Finger Foods” is a perfect solution.
